For MSWD residential customers purchasing a new washer with a water factor of six or less. The offer is limited to one washer per customer account every seven years, and a photo of the old washer model label is required. Submit the application, W-9, receipt and installed-equipment photo within the provider purchase window; funding and final approval remain with MSWD.
