Official program name: Multifamily Vended Clothes Washer Rebate Program
Benefits and limits
$50-$675 per washer
Full requirements
For properties with at least five dwelling units and a common-area laundry room, with active accounts served by SoCalGas, Metropolitan and/or LADWP. The linked vended-washer application requires qualifying new ENERGY STAR commercial front-loading machines, or leases lasting at least five years; model, efficiency and size limits apply. The rebate tier depends on the property's actual participating gas and water services, so the largest combined-utility amount is not available to every SoCalGas customer. The public washer form is dated 2025; confirm the current application and purchase dates with the provider before ordering.
