Full requirements
Enrollment is through third- or fourth-grade classrooms at eligible schools within SoCalREN's service area and depends on funding. Students receive home energy-saving kits through the participating classroom; this is not a direct cash-grant application for any household. A classroom grant requires at least 65% of students to return proof that kit items were installed and the teacher to verify participation. Students may participate only once, including restrictions on fourth-grade classrooms with previous participants.
