Official program name: EV Charging for Apartment Buildings
Benefits and limits
Up to $8,500
Full requirements
Applicants must be a property owner, authorized lessee or designated representative installing eligible Level 1 or Level 2 charging for multifamily housing and related sites. Shared or assigned parking must serve residents of an eligible multifamily property; ordinary single-family, duplex, triplex, townhome and mobile-home sites are excluded unless their chargers are shared among residents under program rules. Equipment, project documentation, site requirements and limits on other active projects apply. The appropriate funding wave and application window must be confirmed rather than assuming an apartment resident can claim the property incentive individually.
