Benefits and limits

AC upgrades

Full requirements

The multifamily property must have an active SCE account, and participating apartments must have working central air conditioning. Property owners or apartment managers coordinate enrollment and the installation assessment with Synergy. Equipment suitability and available funding determine the upgrades offered; an individual renter should coordinate through the property manager rather than assume a separate appliance rebate.
