Authorize the City Manager to execute, and make any substantive changes if necessary, the agreement for maintenance of shared traffic signals and safety lighting by and between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the City of Cathedral City for the maintenance of the traffic signals and safety lighting at the intersection of Palm Drive and Varner Road, and Palm Drive and Paul Road.
