Recommendation
Award the construction contract agreement to the lowest responsive bidder, Diamond Construction, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute, and make any substantive changes if necessary, the agreement by and between Diamond Construction, Inc. and the City of Desert Hot Springs for the Construction of the Police Station Tenant Improvement Project, City Project No. 8002 in the amount of $553,000.00, and approve a 10% contingency amount of $55,300.00, with a total project budget of $608,300.00.
