Recommendation
1) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs authorizing the participation in the County of Riverside's Urban County Program for Fiscal Years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, and 2026-2027; and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute a Cooperation Agreement for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME investment Partnerships Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant for fiscal years 2024-2026.
