Recommendation
Award a contract to Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. (GPC) for Graffiti Abatement Services and authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. for graffiti abatement services for a term of one (1) year in the amount not to exceed $90,000 per fiscal year; with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney. The City reserves the option to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for a maximum of one (1) additional one-year at current price levels.
