Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to the Service Provider Agreement with Mizell Senior Center to provide Facility Operation Management Services and Programs at the Desert Hot Springs Senior Center located at 11-777 West Drive in the amount of $225,506.00 commencing July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, with an option to extend up to two (2) additional one-year terms thereafter.
