Award Maintenance Contracts for Zone 1 and Zone 3 Landscape Maintenance Districts and Drainage Assessment Districts

Authorize the City Manager to Award the Landscape Maintenance and Operations Services Contract for Zone 1 - Desert View and Zone 3 - Midtown, to the most qualified bidder Desert Concepts Construction, Inc.; and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement between Desert Concepts Construction, Inc. and the City of Desert Hot Springs in the amount not to exceed $50,400.60 for Zone 1 and an amount not to exceed $226,156.80 for Zone 3, for landscaping and lighting, drainage and community facilities districts and other site maintenance.
