Award the construction contract agreement to the lowest responsive bidder, Jacobsson Engineering Construction, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement by and between Jacobsson Engineering Construction, Inc. and the City of Desert Hot Springs for the Construction of the 8th Street Sidewalk, City Project No. 3014 in the amount of $483,894.50, and approve a 10% contingency amount of $48,389.45, and as-needed material/equipment testing of $17,297.00, which brings the total project budget to $549,580.95.
