Recommendations to the City Council Amending various Chapters of Title 17, Zoning Code including: "Chapter 17.04 (General Provisions)"

1) Staff Report; 2) Entertain questions of Staff from the Planning Commission; 3) Open the Public Hearing; 4) Take public testimony for those in favor; 5) Take public testimony for those opposed; 6) Take public testimony for those in a neutral position; 7) Close the Public Hearing; 8) Planning Commission discussion and; 9) Defer action on a recommendation to the City Council amending "Chapter 17.04 (General Provisions)" until such time as the Permitted Uses Tables are reviewed for each Zoning District.
