An Appeal (APP 23-1) of the Planning Commission Decision to Approve a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Development Permit No. 22-4, An Application to Develop a 60,000 Square Foot Warehouse Facility

1) Staff Report 2) Entertain questions of Staff from the City Council; 3) Open the Public Hearing; 4) Take testimony from Appellant (SAFER); 5) Take testimony for those in favor of Appeal (reversal of Planning Commission's decision); 6) Take testimony from those in opposition of Appeal (upholding Planning Commission's decision); 7) Take testimony from those in a neutral position; 8) Opportunity for Appellant's rebuttal; 9) Close the Public Hearing 10) City Council discussion and questions to Staff; and 11) City Council may adopt (with amendments if desired) one of the following: A) A Resolution to Uphold and Affirming the Planning Commission's decision to approve the following 1) Mitigated Negative Declaration and 2) Development Permit No. 22-4 to develop a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility, thereby approving the Project; OR B) A Resolution to Overturn Planning Commission's decision to approve 1) Mitigated Negative Declaration and 2) Development Permit No. 22-4 to develop an 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility, thereby denying the Project; OR C) Provide other direction as City Council deems fit.
