Recommendation
1) Support this project and authorize the City manager or her designee to execute this agreement as specified in the FY22 Standard Assurances Federal Grant Programs; and 2) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs, ratifying the approval and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2022 State Homeland Security Program Grant, Grant Award #2022-0043 in an amount of up to $60,000.
