Authorize the City manager to execute, and make substantive changes as necessary, the Professional Services Agreement for the design of the Hacienda Spa Zone Improvement project with NV5, Incorporated in the amount not to exceed $378,800 with a contingency of $37,880 for any additional work as approved by the City, which brings a total budget of $416,680.
