Amendments to the Housing Element for the 6th Cycle (2021-2029)

1) Staff Report; 2) Entertain questions of Staff from the City Council; 3) Open the Public Hearing; 4) Take testimony from those in favor; 5) Take testimony from those opposed; 6) Take testimony from those in a neutral position; 7) Close the Public Hearing; 8) City Council discussion; and 9) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council to:1) Find the City's previous determination that the Project (the Housing Element for the 6th Cycle) is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act stands, because the amendments will not change the reasons for the Exemption; and 2) Adopt the amendments to the Housing Element for the 6th Cycle (2021-2029).
