Authorize the City Manager to execute a Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for On-Call Environmental Services with Chambers Group Inc. in the amount of $200,000 for one year with the option of month-to-month extensions; and to authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary agreements, as approved to form by the City Attorney.
