Recommendation
1) Authorize the City Manager to negotiate, finalize, and execute agreements with the Parties (The Seventh Letter and Property Owner of 11940 Palm Drive, etc.) for the mural installation and exterior improvements in an amount not to exceed $84,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to utilize an amount of up to $50,000 for mural site preparation and spectator improvements of 11940 Palm Dr. and surrounding area.
