Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement for cannabis consultant services with AM LLC, in the amount not to exceed $230,000 per year, with a contingency of $46,000 (20%) for any additional work as approved by the City, which brings a total budget of $276,000 per year, for a two-year term.
