That the Planning Commission recommend to the City Council to adopt: "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California Amending Section 5.50.080 "General Operating Requirements" of Chapter 5.50 "Cannabis Businesses"; And Amending Sections 17.180.040 ("Marijuana Storefront Retail Facilities"), 17.180.045 ("Marijuana Non-storefront Retail Facilities"), 17.180.050 ("Marijuana Cultivation Facilities"), 17.180.060 ("Marijuana Manufacturing Facilities"), 17.180.070 ("Marijuana Testing Facilities"), and 17.180.080 ("Marijuana Distribution Facilities") Of the Desert Hot Springs Municipal Code to Update Regulations Regarding Hours of Operation."
