Award the construction contract agreement to the lowest responsible bidder, Abboud Diamond Construction, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for the Construction of the Guy J. Tedesco Park Restroom Replacement Project, Federal Project No. 4.DHS.34-21, City Project No. 4015 in the amount of $658,500, and approve a 10% contingency amount of $65,850, which brings the total project budget to $724,350.
