Appoint the following members for a two-year term expiring in January 2025. A) Planning Commission : 1) Ratify Mayor Matas' appointment of James Nindel ; B) Public Safety Commission : 1) Ratify Mayor Matas' appointment of Donna Lozano ; 2) Ratify Councilmember Pye's appointment of Jose Trejo ; and 3) Ratify Councilmember Nuñez' appointment of Kenneth Mitchell .
