Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement for Special District Tax Administration Services with Webb Municipal Finance in the amount of $278,496 for three years with the option of two (2) one-year extensions; and to authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary agreements, as approved to form by the City Attorney.
