Recommendation
Appoint five (5) members to each of the following Commissions for a two-year term expiring in January 2025. A) Planning Commission : 1) Ratify Mayor Matas' appointment of James Nindel ; 2) Ratify Councilmember Betts' appointment of Mary-Kate Stoever ; 3) Ratify Councilmember Gardner's appointment of Christopher Wagstaff ; 4) Ratify Councilmember Pye's appointment of Dirk Voss ; and 5) Ratify Councilmember Nuñez' appointment of Leroy Aleman. B) Public Safety Commission : 1) Ratify Mayor Matas' appointment of Donna Lozano ; 2) Ratify Councilmember Betts' appointment of Brian Meuse ; 3) Ratify Councilmember Gardner's appointment of Martin Mitchell ; 4) Ratify Councilmember Pye's appointment of Jose Trejo ; and 5) Ratify Councilmember Nuñez' appointment of Kenneth Mitchell.
