Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Service Agreement between CLM Consulting and the City of Desert Hot Springs for Project Management Services for the project management of the design and construction of Capital Improvement Projects, in the amount not to exceed $96,000.00 per fiscal year for a term of three years.
