Recommendation
Award the construction contract agreement to the lowest responsible bidder, Onyx Paving Company, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement by and between Onyx Paving Company, Inc. and the City of Desert Hot Springs for the Construction of ATP Cycle 5 - Palm Drive North, in the amount of $3,172,000, and approve a total project budget of $4,298,600 that includes contingencies and other construction services.
