A Resolution of the Planning Commission Recommending to City Council To: 1) Amend General Plan Amendment Zoning Map to Correct a Typographic Error to Reflect the Proper Zoning Designation for the Area Bounded by Yucca Drive, 12th Street, Palm Drive and Mesquite Avenue; And 2) Adopt an Ordinance to Amend the General Plan Zoning Map to Be Consistent With the General Plan Land Use Map for That Same Location

1) Staff Report; 2) Entertain questions of Staff from the Planning Commission 3) Open Public Hearing; 4) Take public testimony from those favor; 5) Take public testimony from those opposed; 6) Take public testimony from those in a neutral position; 7) Close the Public Hearing; 8) Planning Commission discussion; and 9) Adopt a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California, recommending to the City Council to: 1) Amend General Plan Amendment Zoning Map to correct a typographic error to reflect the proper zoning designation for the area bounded by Yucca Drive, 12th Street, Palm Drive and Mesquite Avenue; and 2) Adopt an Ordinance to amend the General Plan Zoning Map to be consistent with the General Plan Land Use Map for that same location.
