Recommendation

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California, setting the time and place for a Public Hearing on the Solid Waste Fee Increase in amounts as provided in Exhibit A, pursuant to the Nexus Study in Exhibit 1C; and directing Staff to proceed with implementation in accordance with Proposition 218.
