Transition From At-Large to By-District Elections (Public Hearing No. 3)

1) Staff Report; 2) Entertain questions of Staff from the City Council; 3) Open the Public Hearing; 4) Take public testimony; 7) Close the Public Hearing receiving public testimony as part of the administrative record; 8) City Council discussion and questions to Staff; and 9) Review draft maps 1-3 and provide direction on which map the City Council prefers; or provide direction for the demographer to create a new map or maps to review at the next public hearing scheduled for April 5, 2022.
