Professional Services Agreement for Grant Preparation and Submittal for Skyborne Park Project

Authorize the City Manger to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Kounkuey Design Initiative (KDI) for grant preparation including community outreach and partnerships, and grant management for the Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program (SPP) round 5 grant, in an amount not to exceed $89,035 with a contingency of $4,451.75 (5%) for additional work approved by the City, which brings the total budget to $93,486.75.
