Award of Contract for Street Sweeping Services

Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Contract Sweeping Services, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $ 89,711 annually, with an additional $8,971.10 in contingency annually, for City-wide Street Sweeping Services. Staff is recommending a 10% contingency due to any additional street sweeping services necessary for unforeseen incidents which can include heavy rain events, debris street clean-ups, and automobile accident clean-ups.
