Continued from September 7, 2021: An Ordinance Amending Certain Sections of Chapter 17.104 "Hearings and Appeals," and Section 17.112.020, of the Desert Hot Springs Municipal Code to Implement a More Streamlined Process for Appeals of Directors' Decisions

1) Staff Report; 2) Entertain questions from City Council; 3) Open the Public Hearing 4) Take testimony from persons in favor of the proposed Ordinance; 5) Take testimony from persons in opposition of the p roposed Ordinance; 6) Take testimony from those in a neutral position; 7) Close the Public hearing; 8) City Council discussion; and 9) Introduce for First Reading and read by title only, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Desert Hot Springs a mending certain Sections of Chapter 17.104 "Hearings and Appeals," and Section 17.112.020, of the Desert Hot Springs Municipal Code to implement a more streamlined process for appeals of Directors' decisions."
