Award Professional Services Agreement for On-Call Engineering Services

1) Approve the selection of Omnis, NV5, AET, Kimley Horn, and Albert Webb to provide On-Call Engineering Services to the City of Desert Hot Springs; 2) Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute separate Professional Services Agreements with any additional substantive changes approved by the City Manager, between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Omnis, NV5, AET, Kimley Horn, and Albert Webb, each for a term of three (3) years and an annual not-to-exceed amount of $150,000.00 per agreement, subject to final review and approval as to form by the City Attorney; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute individual task orders and other documents necessary to implement the agreements, subject to the annual not-to-exceed amount, availability of funds, and applicable City purchasing requirements.
