Proposed Public Facilities and Improvements Bonds

1) Adopt a resolution of the City Council authorizing the City Manager and Administrative Services Director to engage a finance team for the issuance of proposed 2026 lease revenue bonds in the amount of $7.5 million to finance capital improvement projects and for the acquisition of property; and 2) Adopt a resolution of the City Council authorizing reimbursement of City expenses for acquisition and improvement project costs from the bond proceeds.
