Amendment to Resolution No. 2017-096 Regarding Facility Use Agreements and Fees for City-Owned Facilities

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council amending Resolution No. 2017-096 to update the process for Facility Use Permits and/or Non-Exclusive License Agreements for City owned, operated, or controlled facilities; establish that applicable facility use fees shall be in accordance with the City's adopted Fee Schedule; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to approve fee reductions or waivers under certain circumstances.
