Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement for providing State and Federal Aid Assistance As-Needed on Capital Improvement Projects with NAI Consulting increasing the total contract amount to $95,000 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2028-2028, and extending the term of the current contract for an additional year to expire on June 30, 2028. And approve any substantive changes to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager.
