Seventh Amendment to the AB 2766 Memorandum of Understanding with the Coachella Valley Association of Governments for the Regional PM10 Street Sweeping Program

1) Approve the seventh amendment to the AB 2766 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG); and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the seventh amendment, increasing the City's AB 2766 Vehicle Registration Revenue contribution to the Regional PM10 Street Sweeping Program from 75 percent to 100 percent for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.
