Recommendation
1) Adopt a Resolution of the City Council declaring its intention to establish the Desert Hot Springs Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) and establishing the Desert Hot Springs EIFD Public Financing Authority (PFA); and 2) Appoint three members of the City Council to the Public Financing Authority Board, and appoint one member of the City Council as alternate Board member.
