Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and Social Action Group (SWAG) to provide the City with homeless outreach and engagement services in an amount not to exceed $625,000 annually with the option to extend for up to three additional one year terms.
