Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute the Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between the City and NV5 Incorporated, for extending Engineering Plan Check Services for Fiscal Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 in an amount not to exceed $500,000 annually with 20% contingency; and for extending As-needed City Engineering Support Services for Fiscal Years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 in an amount not to exceed $250,000 annually.
