(Housing Authority) Donation of Five Vacant Residential Real Properties to Habitat for Humanity of the Coachella Valley for the Development of Low-Income Housing (APN 638-152-006, APN 639-191-048, APN 641-092-034, APN 639-221-017, APN 639-182-051)

That the City Council, acting as the Board of the Desert Hot Springs Housing Authority ("Authority"), adopt a Resolution approving the donation of five parcels of undeveloped property (APN 638-152-006, APN 639-191-048, APN 641-092-034, APN 639-221-017, APN 639-182-051) (collectively, the "Properties") to Habitat for Humanity of the Coachella Valley, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Habitat") and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute grant deeds, covenants, and such other ancillary documents as may be necessary to complete the donation, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
