Adopt a Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Desert Hot Springs, California, recommending that the City Council adopt the Housing Element Annual Progress Report, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein; AND to authorize staff to submit the APR to the Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation and to HCD.
