Authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management and Inspections Services for the Eagles Sports Park Project, City Project No. 4000, to NV5, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $265,016.00 with a 10% contingency of $26,501.60 bringing the total amount to $291,517.60.
