Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute the Professional Services Agreement for Inspection Services for the Eagles Sports Park Street Improvements Project, City Project No. 4020, to Omnis Incorporated, in an amount not to exceed $114,750.00 with a 10% contingency of $11,475.00 bringing the total amount to $126,225.00.
