Approve a contract change order with California Water Development, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $195,000 for additional work removing and replacing the pool floor for the John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013., to California Water Development, Inc. and appropriate $195,000.00 from Capital Improvement Fund to cover the cost of Contract Change Order No. 1, increasing the total construction budget to $2,115,410.00
