Approve Professional Services Agreement for the Downtown Area and Palm Drive Corridor Infill Development Sewer Area Implementation Plan

Authorize the City Manager to draft and negotiate a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. to prepare the Downtown Area and Palm Drive Corridor Infill Development Sewer Area Implementation Plan in an amount not to exceed $319,090.00 with a contingency of $31,909.00 (10%) for additional work approved by the City, which brings a total budget of $350,999.00.
