Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Desert Hot Springs and David Evans and Associates, Inc. for the design of the Skyborne Park Project in an amount not to exceed $392,215.00 with a contingency of $39,221.50 (10%) for additional work approved by the City, which brings a total design budget of $431,436.50.
