Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a five-year contract with Axon Enterprises, Inc for Axon Body 4 Body Worn Cameras, Axon Fleet 3 In-Car Video and ALPR cameras, and Axon Taser 10 tasers at a total cost of $620,524.91, with substantive edits to be negotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to form by the City Attorney.
