Recommendation
1) Award the construction agreement for the John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013., to the lowest responsive qualified bidder California Water Development Inc.; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to draft and execute the construction agreement for John H. Furbee Aquatic Center Improvements, City Project No. 2013, with California Water Development Inc, in an amount not to exceed $1,723,100.00. And approve a total project budget in an amount of $1,920,140.00 for 10% contingency and additional project expenses for the costs of construction management.
